Accessibility statement
Last updated 2026-10-25 · Version 2026-10-25
The short version
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. We have not had an independent audit yet, and we say so. If something does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it.
Our aim
We want CostAssured to work for everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on the public pages and in the app.
What we do
We build pages with plain headings, labelled forms and keyboard-friendly controls. Meaning is never carried by colour alone: every safety label and every status has words as well. Pages work on a phone and in light and dark themes, and we respect your reduced-motion setting.
Where we are now
We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim to conform. [Conformance status, test dates and known limitations to be listed after testing.]
Tell us about a problem
If you cannot use part of CostAssured, or you need something in another format, email hello@costassured.ai. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We will reply and fix it. [Response time to be confirmed.]
If you are not happy with our reply
[Enforcement and escalation wording to be confirmed by our solicitor.]
