How it works

We find it, label it, write the fix. You decide. We check it worked.

Six plain steps, from connecting to a confirmed saving. Step five is yours, because we never change anything in your account.

Step 1 · We
Discover
What happens
We read your billing and usage data with a read-only connection.
What you see
A progress screen, then an email when your report is ready, if you ask for one.
What you do
Connect a platform. That is all.
Step 2 · We
Recommend
What happens
We find accidental waste and write a fix for each finding.
What you see
Plain-English findings, each with two savings numbers.
What you do
Read the report, biggest saving off your bill first.
Step 3 · We
Validate
What happens
We check what depends on each thing before we suggest a change.
What you see
A safety label and a one-line reason on every finding.
What you do
Start with the Safe to change items.
Step 4 · We
Approve
What happens
Nothing happens until you choose.
What you see
A clear record of what you have marked as fixed or not relevant.
What you do
Mark each fix as done, or as not relevant.
Step 5 · You
Remediate
What happens
You make the change, in your own time. We never touch your account.
What you see
The exact steps and how to undo them, plus a ready-made file on Assured.
What you do
Apply the fix yourself, or ask Critical Cloud to help.
Step 6 · We
Verify
What happens
We check a later bill to see if the saving really happened.
What you see
Confirmed, Waiting for the next bill, or Didn't land, with the reason.
What you do
Nothing, unless a saving did not land.
